I have not worked out for about 30 years... so I was dreading getting started. Stephan is there to keep me on track and make sure I use the equipment correctly as well as offer encouragement. I have a very busy job and long hours so the flexible appointment times are a huge plus. I did not believe that only 20 minutes a week would make any difference but after 6 weeks I already see a difference particularly in my upper body strength.
